Would I be wrong to use this meetup to meet single, childfree women? Or is it just a place to socialize and network?

I know its not a dating group but where else would I meet childfree women? I have never met a women in my age bracket (25) who didnt want or already have kids. Its tough.

I would imagine at least some cf women would use the group for the same reason.. I say go for it.
